Cucumber Mint CocktailsPosted: January 22, 2012
So this is my cocktail to go with the Indian food at the dinner party.
What I Used:
Meyer lemon, cucumber, mint and vodka.
What I Did.
They did not have a shaker so I used the stir method.
Cut a 1/4 of the english cucumber into small pieces, quarter a Meyer lemon. Wash some mint. Muddle it all together.
Add a 28 count of vodka. Count to 28 very slow while pouring vodka – that is your 28 count.
Add 6 ice cubes and stir or shake if you have a shaker. Fill 4 glasses with ice. Strain the mix and garnish with Meyer lemon, mint and cucumber. You could also top with some seltzer or pellegrino.
NB, I had to edit it this a bit – don’t post after drinking a couple of these or you will have made a messy weird post. I thought of deleting and starting over, but, eh.
